Return Policy

1.       We only accept returns for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

2.       All returns must be in new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. We do not accept returns on items with custom embroidery. If you send us a return that is not complete, a restocking/reboxing fee will be charged. All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping.

3.       We can send you a shipping label to make the return process easier, or can choose to handle return shipping yourself.

If you choose to have us send you a shipping label, please note that the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund*. The return shipping fee cannot be calculated until your package has reached our warehouse. (In order to minimize the cost to you, we ship via UPS Ground; However, shipping fees can still be expensive, especially with large, heavy, or expensive items which need to be insured.)

To get an estimate of what the fees will be, visit UPS.com for a rate quote. (Shipments go to our warehouse in Lake Elsinore, CA  92530). Note: If you elect to have UPS pick up the package rather than dropping it off at a UPS location, additional fees may be incurred.

4.       Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

5.       Return Authorization #'s (RA) are only valid for fourteen (14) days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date will be refused. A restocking fee will be deducted to all returned orders that arrive at our warehouse WITHOUT a Return Authorization Number. The fee will be 20% of the sales price of the item(s), not to exceed $50.

6.       No returns on products marked as "Closeout" items. If a Closeout item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a the same item.

*Please note: you will NOT be responsible for return shipping fees if your items were damaged in the original shipment or if we sent you the wrong item(s). We will provide a label for you to ship back the item.
