Having a picture of your baby is a great
way to show off your baby. That’s why if you’re on the
tight end of your budget, giving cards with your baby’s picture is a perfect
gift.
The thought seems to be easy, but creating the concept is what makes it hard.
Taking that picture of your baby is a really hard task
to achieve. It is hard because the baby will seldom look at the camera and might
not sit still.
Maybe that’s the reason; baby pictures are great gifts because the receiving
person knows how much effort you have done to achieve that perfect baby shot. To
have a better and easier time with your baby pictures here are 8 tips that may
help.
1. Avoid the bright lights because babies are sensitive to bright lights. That
means the baby will have a tougher time if you take pictures with cameras that
will require a bright flash. Take the photos during the day to prevent using the
flash. If it’s really dark indoors, you may use lamps or lightings to help your
cause.
2. Have a variety of distances when taking the baby’s picture. Taking the
picture too close might even make the baby be intimidated and cry. It can also
make the picture out of focus and too blurry. Take several pictures from varying
distances. Then just choose among them all what’s the best.
3. Take notice of the baby’s mood before taking a picture. It won’t help your
cause to make things easier when your baby is crying or cranky. Unless, you’d
just love to crack your friends up by sending a cranky baby picture. Rest and
clam the baby before taking the picture. I guarantee you better pictures by
doing so.
4. Use a camera that is of high quality and the same should be said with the
film.
5. Distractions around where the baby will have its picture taken should
limited. Such things include TV and lots of people
around. With the distractions around the baby will not be able to focus looking
at the camera. Instead look for toys that will help the baby focus.
6. The more pictures you take the better chances you’ll have of getting that
perfect picture. Don’t hesitate to snap away.
7. To have a great picture don’t put a background that will attract the viewer
more. The baby should be the focus. Don't be afraid to use plain colors.
8. The picture will look even better when the baby is with the family.
Following these tips will help get you those better baby pictures that you can
send out to your friends and be memorable remembrance of your baby too. |
